  • Business development manager

    As a Business Development Manager you’ll need to:


    • Collaborate with other senior personnel to determine the range of goods or services to be sold, develop sales
    strategies and set sales targets.
    • Discusses the employer's or client's needs, conducts surveys and analyzes customer reactions to products,
    packaging, pricing, etc.
    • Compiles and analyzes sales statistics, prepares proposals for marketing campaigns and promotional
    activities, and undertakes market research.
    • Handles customer accounts.
    • Recruits and trains junior sales staff.
    • Produces reports and recommendations concerning marketing and sales strategies for senior management.
    • Keeps up to date with products and competitors.

  • Human Resource Manager

    As a Human Resource Manager you’ll need to:


    • Determine staffing needs.
    • Supervise the preparation of job descriptions, draft advertisements, and candidate interviews.
    • Oversee the monitoring of employee performance and career development needs.
    • Provide for provision of training courses.
    • Take responsibility for industrial relations negotiations with employee representatives or trade unions.
    • Develop and administer salary, health and safety and promotion policies.
    • Examines and reports on company and departmental structures, chains of command, information flows,
    etc. and evaluates efficiency of existing operations.
    • Considers alternative work procedures to improve productivity.
    • Keeping abreast of relevant legislation, considers its impact on the organization's HR strategy and
    recommends appropriate action.
